- Meeting arrangement and monitoring to portfolio manager
- Assist on compliance matters following compliance guidelines
- Client KYC review
- Necessarily reporting to MAS
- Compliance update with outsourcing compliance company
- Investor coverage from compliance perspective
- Documentation review and liaise with legal councils
- Organize compliance training
- Co-work with business core partners for holding joint-compliance meeting
- Basic knowledge of compliance related matters
- Japanese language skill are required to communicate with Japanese counterparts for meeting arrangement and compliance related research
- Bonus: minimum 1 month
- Annual leave: 12 working days
- 08:00 - 17:00 (following Japan Time and Calendar)
- 6 months probation period
- Overtime/day payments are included in a salary
